<p>To lose baby fat and at the same time to lose weight naturally in a healthy and a permanent manner is one of the biggest challenges facing the new mothers of today.</p>
<p>Our young, childbearing women have become very health conscious. Many breastfeed their babies for as long as their maternity leaves permit them. Weight loss programs with pills and potions, low carbs, no fat, low fat, meal replacement shakes and plethora of other similar diet plans are simply not an option. Neither are rigorous exercise programs for our already overworked young moms.</p>
<p>Such was the case of my daughter, a young mother juggling her career and her two small children. My happy child became very self conscious of her bulging body, craftily covered with oversized clothes. The weight began to affect her health and her efforts to reduce the weight yielded no results. With my scientific research training and internet marketing experience I took action to help her find a weight loss program online that promised her a way to lose weight naturally and permanently allow her to lose that baby fat.</p>
<p>There are gazillion online weight loss programs. I sifted through much of the rubbish, scams and questionable gimmicks. I wanted to find a program that was easy, sustainable, inexpensive, and one that provided excellent tools and guidance. As well, the program had to be healthy, natural, and above all adaptable to her family life.</p>
<p>In my research the most impressive statistics came out of simple fad-less weight loss programs. It was interesting to find that 80% of the battle to lose weight is related to the foods we eat and only 20% of the weight loss battle is related to exercise. By learning to eat the right kind of foods and incorporating this knowledge into a regular family life, a significant permanent weight loss is possible.</p>
<p>I was able to point my daughter in the direction of exactly such a program. I am beginning to see a renewed glow in her face as she journeys the road to lose weight naturally and finally begins to lose the baby fat forever.</p>

<p>The concept of fat loss is not hard.  It really is a matter of calories in v calories out.  However there are some tips that can make the process a lot easier.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Look at your diet and see where you can make small changes.  Losing bodyfat is 90% nutrition so you need to see where you can make small changes.  For example, Low fat spread instead of butter, brown bread instead of white, and make sure you read the labels of the food products that you buy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Look at your sugar inake.  It is said that sugar is the new fat, and it is important that you are aware of the amount that you eat as unused sugar is stored as bodyfat.  Again look at the food labels.  Anything that ends in ose, such as dextrose, fructose, is basically sugar, so beware.</p>
<p>Try to increase your activity. Any activity is better than none, so try to take part in those that you enjoy.  For example walking the dog, taking the stairs, an even dancing are great ways to increase your activity levels.</p>
<p>You must do some sort of resistance training.  This can be just using your bodyweight, exercise bands, dumbbells or bodybars.  Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the fastest most efective way to lose fat is to do a well designed resistance training program.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Focus on large movements that burn the most calories. A poorly designed program includes too many exercises that focus on small muscles, which do not burn enough calories, and does not achieve the results that you want.</p>
